After two decades as a professional educator and several military moves along the East Coast, Amanda developed a deep appreciation for travel, culture, and community — a passion that naturally led her into real estate. She began her career as the administrative assistant for the Leila Perez Team and quickly realized her calling, becoming a licensed agent just six months later. Amanda’s life experiences, strong work ethic, and ability to overcome adversity have shaped her commitment to guiding clients through some of life’s biggest transitions. Born and raised in South Florida and well-versed in military relocation (PCSing), VA loans, and community integration, she understands how important it is to find a place where life can truly happen.
