Leila Perez is the founder and driving force behind the Leila Perez Team, a real estate group rooted in professionalism, service, and community commitment. Her journey began in 2015, shortly after relocating to Slidell as a new mother with no local connections and no established network. Rather than seeing this as a setback, Leila turned it into motivation — setting ambitious goals, mastering the local market, and building a business grounded in trust, compassion, and results.

Her dedication led to rapid growth, and by 2019 she expanded her team, partnering with Transaction Coordinator Heather Jacobson to ensure every file and every client received focused, meticulous attention. Continued success through unprecedented challenges — including navigating the real estate market during COVID-19 — paved the way for additional team growth, welcoming Administrative Assistant-turned-Realtor® Amanda Beltran in 2021 and Buyer Specialist Denise Heemskerk later that year.

Under Leila’s leadership, the team has upheld a standard of excellence and cultivated lasting relationships that extend far beyond closing day. More than a real estate team, they are active community supporters who champion small businesses, partner with local nonprofits, and show up for the people they serve.
