Her journey began in 2015, shortly after relocating to Slidell as a new mother with no local connections and no established network. Rather than seeing this as a setback, Leila turned it into motivation, setting ambitious goals, mastering the local market, and building a business grounded in trust, compassion, and results.

After years of building a successful real estate career, Leila officially launched her real estate team in 2020, creating a client focused business built on strong relationships, communication, and exceptional service. Continued success through unprecedented challenges, including navigating the real estate market during COVID-19, paved the way for additional growth and expansion. In 2024, Leila took the next step in her career by opening Leila Perez Realty, turning her vision of an independent brokerage into reality.
